James Aragon Sr. has been painting in the Industry since 1974.
Following the 2008 and 2009 recession, a significant reduction in working hours for other painting contractors highlighted the need for a new business approach. Recognizing their combined expertise and talent as experienced professional painters, James Sr. and James Jr. decided to establish their own business. In 2010, James Jr. successfully passed the California State License exam in both law and trade, and he obtained his C-33 Painting & Decorating contractor’s license in November of that year.
The name Refined Painting represents the exact type of work that we do.
