After the 2008 & 2009 recession working hours were reduced greatly working for other painting contractors. It became apparent that we were in need for a whole new approach. James Sr & James Jr realized that with the combination of there expertise & talent as long standing professional painters that it was time to go into business for themselves. James Jr. passed the California State License exam in both law & trade in 2010 & received his contractor license in November of 2010.
We chose the name Refined Painting because this name represents the type of work that we do.
We are talented painters looking to serve our clients and them exactly what they request.
